Includes the review of your family history form and an individualized sleep plan. I will walk you step by step through how to implement the plan. This also includes up to 8 follow up calls during the implementation of the plan where I will provide support and ideas, answer questions and help assist with any changes to the sleep plan, if necessary. One hour full consultation only without follow-up calls available upon request for $200.
